...wow! it looks like REMEMBER WHERE YOU CAME FROM...hit a few strings with THE NATION!
...after sifting through many emails- from thank you's TO..."that will never work" as a way to achieve your goals...
...I got this one...

I met you 3 years ago you were working with the Provincial High Performance Rugby Team. The workouts that you put all of us through at SouthPort were tough and to this day I still use much of what you taught us in my everyday workouts.
You may not remember this, but one day after practice I came up to you and asked your advice as to what direction I should take in sport. The advice you gave me that day changed my life.
You didn't tell me what I should do. You told me HOW to do WHATEVER I chose.
As I read your blog "Remember Where You Came From", those words where almost exactly what you said to me on that cold day in Portage.
I would like to thank you for the time you spent with me that day, that 1/2 hour truly changed the direction of my life. Now I know my life is directed by my actions and I now choose them carefully.
I also keep that little piece of paper with my 3 life goals on it in my wallet. I am happy to say, I have been able to change my goal-sheet yearly because I have achieved them all.
