...as I was wrapping up my day being surrounded by little "spooks" at the Corn Maze...
...my son...(who was Yoda for the day)...ran around excitedly in his 2011 Halloween costume...
...I thought how great it was that this little body...
...who, had done almost everything he could in a day...was still fresh and ready to go...
...a very excited young soul...in a young body...
...WOULDN'T IT BE GREAT IF WE COULD STAY THIS WAY?...
...funny enough...the fountain of YOUTH- is only a mind-set away...
...let's think of a couple of practical examples of this...
...EVERYONE knows a complainer...someone who can't keep quiet about their woes...
...often it is accompanied by a broken down body...and a tired soul...
...CONVERSELY...
...We ALL know someone who "is on fire"...loving life...
...often it is accompanied by a body that goes 24/7...(just like little Yoda)
...coincidence...maybe...but I doubt it.
...I think a "beat-up" body...brings on a tired soul...
...and a tired soul...slows down your body...
...who wants that???..NO ONE...
...Your happiness...is much closer that you think it is...
...that balance is only a decision away...
...not only a long term vision-decision to get better....
...but also the short-term vision to be able to keep your focus every step that will take you there...
...if you have a hitch in your giddy-up...body tired...soul a little less than where it should be?
...let's give this a try...and BREAK THE CYCLE...
...1 WEEK...ONLY POSITIVE WORDS...NO NEGATIVE ONES...IN ANY SITUATION...
...let's take the negative thoughts, feelings and get rid of them...turn them into to a positive...
...and I would bet that you are running around like a little Yoda...in no time...
