...day 26...walk around the clock...

...Let's do the math on this one...
...basically, if you walk a mile (for you youngsters that is about 1.6 km!)...
...you "burn" about 100 k/cal...

...to lose a pound of fat...you need to burn about 3550 k/cal...
...let's say...about 36 miles of walking...

...sounds daunting...?
...it may be the easiest thing you have done in a while...

...let's break it down...

- if you went for a walk 3x week for 1/2 hour...you would drop 10 lbs in a year!
- if you walked 3 x week for an hour...you are 20 lbs lighter...

...now, make a simple change in your diet...
...if you dropped only 100 cal/ per day off your diet...(that's 2/3's of a Coke/day)...there is another 10 lbs in a year!!!

...30 lbs in a year is a great start...
...now add in better sleep, more water= better functioning/ feeling body and the next thing you know...those 30 lbs will only be the beginning to a new, healthier, lifestyle!
