...day 22...be a turkey!

...at "the Machine" yesterday...there was more talk of "CHEAT DAY" day than I remember in a long time...
...maybe it is because of the 40 athletes getting ready for physique contests in the next 8 months...
...who knows the reason...
...the comments varied from the "ooh perogies and cabbage rolls"..to the slightly more than twisted..."ooh, turkey skin sandwiches..."

...whatever your Thanksgiving vice may be...
...Know that you can't go wrong with "being a Turkey" on Thanksgiving...

WHY?
- Turkey packs 32 g of protein in 4 oz of meat...
- Turkey also contains SELENIUM, which is essential to thyroid and immune system function...AND plays a HUGE role in your ANTIOXIDANT DEFENSE SYSTEM...(which can help eliminate the cancer friendly free radicals)
