...though what you eat is very important...a close second is when you eat IT....
...for starters...here are a few tips you can take to the BANK!
1- Let's start with 4 small meals a day and 2 snacks
2- Let's make sure you do not eat within 2 hours of bed
3- Let's make sure you have a post workout carb and protein meal within an hour after activity
4- Let's make sure that you load up your carbs and fats earlier on in the day i.e.- breakfast or lunch
5- Let's make sure that our mid-afternoon snack acts not only as something to keep you going until dinner but that can fuel you for your after work training session!
6- First thing in the morning and last thing before bed are both great times to take your vitamin supplements!!!
...anyone can start eating clean...but clean doesn't do it alone...
