...day 11...


...We have touched on a lot over the past 10 days...
...Stretching, water...the list goes on...YOU HAVE READ IT...

...it seems very fitting tonight that we talk about "the glue"...
..."the glue" is whatever keeps "it" all together for you...

...only you know what your recipe is...
...it is a right combination of physical, emotional and relationships...

..."the glue" is something that without the right recipe...doesn't quite hold...
...you can feel it slipping...and YOU ALWAYS KNOW IT...

...so as we take these steps together this month...getting better...stronger...more fit...

...let's make sure we take note of the things and people that hold it together for you...

...and let's keep that recipe close...
...because it is the recipe for success...in anyway YOU choose to define it...

...it will take more than 30 days to perfect...but here is a start...

1- make a list of all the things that make you feel good on this month of self improvement (i.e- clean diet, exercise...quality sleep?)
2- make a list of all the people (including your wing-man) that are key your ingredients.
3- make a list of list of 3 short term goals you have for yourself over the next 6 months...

...NOW...
..you have identified your glue...and where you want to go...
..let's not focus on the goal, but on the daily actions necessary to complete each successful day of your journey...
...and as you know each journey of 1000 miles begins with 1 step...but, you can bet along the way...
...there will be some cracks that need your glue to fill...

...keep it close to you...
