...a Doctor friend of mine once said...it is not the stress of work, or a poor diet that will get you first...it is the problems associated with a lack of sleep...
...Here are some tips that WILL help you get that well needed sleep...
1- get the TV out of your room..you aren't watching it anyway....right?
2- don't bring finances or the day-in-review into the bedroom...your room is a sanctuary...rest and relax there...keep business on the outside...
3- try to get into "the groove"...60 minutes before you go to bed, have a cup of chamomile tea or herbal sleep remedy to help you get into that deep sleep...
....why deep sleep...?
....that is where we rebuild and regenerate tissue in our bodies...allowing us to make the adaptations to our hard work over the day....(and strict dietary practices)...
...take care of your 8 hours a day in the sack...and it will help take care of you....
