...start DRINKING a habit!!!

...a study out of the University of Texas 3 years ago had shown that over 2/3 of NCAA div 1 athletes are (were) chronically dehydrated...

...that is a very high number of people relying on their bodies to perform who aren't getting the most out of themselves...

...don't forget water is the vehicle that takes the good stuff (glycogen-amino acids) to working muscles and bad stuff (waste- lactic acid) away...

...whether you are a starting quarterback or an armchair quarterback...
...more water will help you perform better physically tomorrow and help your body and mind work better for the long haul...

...a great rule of thumb is to drink 1 litre per day for every 20 kg of body weight...
...and add in 1 litre for every hour of physical activity...

...Now you are in the ball-park....!

Day 2- STARTED DRINKING...water....check+

Now...let's get ready for tomorrow...make a list of 3 goals- 1 short term health/ 1 short term performance and 1 long term performance/health...
