...if you have succeeded with any adventure in your life...business, athletic or family...

...you have the right tools...

...most people have the tools for most jobs...
...but don't dig into their tool box looking for them...or at least for long enough...


...as I made my way back from the lake this weekend...
...I hit "ground zero"...ground zero is where my blackberry starts getting emails once again...

...they started to pour in...

...this is the time of the year that I love...
...our athletes going out and testing their steel against others...

...the emails rolled in...
...from youngsters making their WHL teams to a Penticton Iron-Man completion....
...and everything in-between...

...all who had reached deep into their tool-box of mental and physical tools...to make it happen...


...and just as I rolled into the city...one hit my blackberry...from our Football Director..Matt Harper..
...long-time clients and Winnipeg Rifles Quarterback, Ryan Marsch and star receiver Derek Dean...
...led the Rifles to a 52-32 win on the weekend at CanadInns Stadium...

...Marsch through 6 strikes for touchdowns...and tied a number of ALL TIME CJFL Records with his 425 yard game....his second 400 plus yard game of the season...and clinched the CJFL's Player of the Week honors....


...when we think about digging into the tool box to find the right tools...
...we need to know what we are looking for...

...it often takes a while to find these tools...
...whether it is training in the long cold Winnipeg winter to DOMINATE on an August afternoon on the gridiron...
...or if it has been the years of practice, running systems and throwing thousands of balls that allows a quarterbacks' confidence to surface to lead a team to some great wins...

...the right tools for the job are often yours to grab....if you are not afraid to look for them for a while...I couldn't be more proud of Ryan Marsch right now...this hasn't come easy...or quickly...

...but it has come...and the success he is having is because of the courage he had to keep looking....


On this night...where we literally have hundreds of athletes competing for roster spots or in games across North America, Europe and Russia battling for their first win of the season...

...the right tools that you need to make it happen for you are right there...
...keep looking for them...

For all of you who have been itching to get back to THE MACHINE on weekends...here it is! September 10th...IS OUR FIRST SATURDAY BACK!!! So book online quickly as we have a tendency to fill up fast....

For all of you...who are PROJECT-ECHO followers...and we are getting more and more of you...
We have officially hit 214 pairs of NEW SHOES to deliver to inner-city youngsters for their first day of school...AND NOW THERE is more...The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have stepped up to offer their support to contribute to the cause over the next few weeks...with BOMBERS DOUG BROWN AND OBBY KHAN...stepping up and doing their part...GREAT JOB FOLKS...THE ECHO IS SPREADING FAST!!!!
