... my knees buckled ... and I thought how funny of a comment that was...
..."Back in the day" at the box...we WERE HARDCORE...
...sure we pushed people hard...we had a no nonsense approach to physical training...
... WE STILL DO...
... It has just been compounded by a HUGE sense of community and self improvement...
....at ALL LEVELS....
... ELITE NATION represents a better quality of life...
....Nutrition, Balance, Consistency, DEDICATION, ....
....all laid on a foundation of HARDCORE PHYSICAL TRAINING and DISCIPLINE...
... the type of discipline that...
...packs drives hundreds of us a day to leave it all on the floor at THE RINK, Meadowood Drive, and our football fields....
... that gets some of our staff in as early as 4:00 am to get our training day together,
and shut it down far after most of Winnipeg is tucked into bed...
... here is the difference...that may confuse people in regards to "my edge"...
...it is my credo...and to date....has served ELITE well...
