...we had my good pal Tommy Europe's SHRED Bootcamp last Sunday and I know that at least 150 very happy ladies had a ferocious set with ol' #13...great job to the ladies and to Tommy for giving his all for 2 full sessions...

...Monday evenings, you would have seen our resident Kickboxing Instructor, Nuno Sousa working with our Goalies (for hand-eye coordination), our Football Players (to understand body leveraging and hand-play) and some of our Super-ATHLETES...like Kurt Gibson (to add another dimension to his training)...for more information on how you can be a part of this....and enjoy the privileges of ELITE NATION...you can contact Big-MO and he will show you how to get involved...

...Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 AND 7:00 am...IT IS THAT TIME OF THE YEAR AGAIN!!! ELITE- ON ICE TRAINING...instructed by Dane Crowley (Former AHL Player and current Bison Athlete), Dane will work on the  the HI-END On-ice training that you can only find on our OWN ICE SURFACE AT THE RINK...Running for the next 7 Weeks, be careful what you wish for!!!!

...Daily...you will see a dramatic increase in athletes of 6'4" and above...the reason is that ELITE is PROUD to be the TRAINING TEAM of all of the Provincial Volleyball Teams including the Western Canadian Summer Games Teams...lead by our own OLYMPIAN Wanda Guenette...the TEAMS are thriving as part of THE NATION...and they have no where to go but UP!!!

...Wednesday evenings- 5:00 and 6:00 pm you will see the NEWEST ADDITION to the ELITE FAMILY OF PROFESSIONALS... 5x Canadian Track Team Coach/ 7 x National Championship Team Coach and NCCP Level 4 Sprint Coach, Glenn Bruce will be adding his expert eye and opinion to our FOOTBALL PROGRAM...Every week, on our natural turf field, Glenn will be working with our FOOTBALL ACADEMY to incorporate his years of expertise (15+) to MAXIMIZE our PLAYERS' POTENTIAL...To say that we are thrilled to have him as part of this team...is an understatement.

...Behind the front desk...you will see two semi-familiar faces...you have seen them on the floor at ELITE as part of the NATION...but now have made the additional commitment to our Nation by joining our TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS...HEATHER JACQUES, a scholarship Soccer Player who finished a Sports Management degree in Kentucky will be helping us with all of the new UPCOMING PROJECTS......AND KRISTA HALL, has retired her dance shoes and upon her return from Australia will be helping us out both behind the front desk at ELITE/RINK/GDI and 'ON THE FLOOR'...Two great ATHLETES and ADDITIONS to the ELITE TEAM!!

...watch closely for our SUMMER OFFERINGS...the addition of our STRETCH CLASSES, ON MONDAY MORNINGS AND THURSDAY AFTERNOONS WILL SURELY CHALLENGE YOUR LIMITS OF WHAT YOU THOUGHT YOUR BODY COULD DO....BEGINNING THE WEEK OF JULY 11th
