...you will see it on the front of all of our EL1TE T-shirts at "the machine"...
...that word has never been as clear to me as it has been over the last few months...

....when I think of dedication...I think of what the collateral products of dedication are....sacrifice and discipline are just a few...I think of driving to "the machine" in the dark and often leaving at dusk...

...and as of the last couple of weeks....there is another product of EL1TE's dedication to creating a NATION OF EXCELLENCE....

...it has been the increased efforts of all of our athletes...pro, elite or recreational....

....There is no doubt in my mind...that Mo's often 16 hour days....D-Po's (Derek's) energy...(a reflection of their belief in 'OUR VISION) continues to fuel the efforts of the NATION...

...this DEDICATION from our staff...and reciprocally from the clients has created a frenzy of activity, personal bests....and some of the best ENERGY that we have felt at ELITE....

...DEDICATION breeds SUCCESS...and whether it is the hockey players training for their September camps, our fitness/ figure and bodybuilders getting ready for the weekend...or Dane Crowley barking out encouragement (because he only wants YOU to get better)...this is WHERE SUCCESS IS BORN.

...EVERYONE'S DEDICATION is important....and more than ever WE ALL FEEL IT..!
