...it can be measured in many ways...for many reasons...
...at the CFL E-Camp I measured players strength by a 225 lb bench press test for repetitions...
...which is a basic standardized test used for college/ pro football players...

...back at the "box" today, reviewing my emails from a weekend away...

...I received some news that truly measured another kind of strength...

...an inner-strength the kind it takes to achieve a goal no matter what the hurdles may have been...

...today, I could not be more proud to offer a congratulations to ELITE'S OWN, EVAN HAITHEWAITE...

...for being invited to play with the NATIONAL PARA SOCCER TEAM in Peru next month!

...another congrats to Kristine Johnson at UBC who just snagged a CIS gold over the weekend for Volleyball, great job youngster and thank you for allowing ELITE to have been such a big part of your success...
