...if it were easy...

..."you can do anything you put your mind to"...but as you know...there is a cost

...here is the thing....if you don't do it....what is the cost?

...of course we understand the benefits of training and a healthy lifestyle...

...that's not the benefit I am talking about....
...it is the benefit of the dream associated with trying something new....
...trying to reach new goals...
...or setting a goal that will take some serious sweat and maybe even a few tears to reach...

...maybe it is not the cost of doing something that we should be thinking about....

...maybe it should be the cost of NOT DOING SOMETHING...

...the cost of not "dreaming" and pushing yourself....can be seen everywhere!!!

...the quick-fixes that surround us daily...from fast-food to facebook (really "friends?")...
...attempts to satisfy our emotional immaturity if we open our selves up that way and give us things instantly....
...that instant gratification can cause us to lose focus on what is really important and worth working for...

...following through on a dream

...as my mom used to say...."if it were easy everyone would be doing it"....

...mom, once again...you are right...everyone would do it...

Until next time ELITE NATION...
Onward and Upward,
your pal,
fISH

You hit this one out of the park fISH!
The cost of not dreaming is scary. It breeds resentment, insecurity and (as you mentioned) the need to fill in quick-fixes. No wonder why we have so many fat-asses out there and lonely face book followers (the irony of it all!)
Thanks again for putting it out there to chew on, and congrats on the new center and being one step closer to world domination.
