...the cost of something great...

...there is a cost to everything...
...if you want to get into ELITE-type shape...it will cost time, effort and dedication...
...if you want to read a great piece of literature...it will cost you your time...

...when ELITE takes the next step in our evolution...it will cost us "the box"...

...after 14 years and thousands of athletes walking into the place...

...as of May 2nd...we will closing the NESS location...

...sure it is a tough thing to do...but it is the right thing for ELITE NATION...

...with almost 5 times the floor space of ELITE Ness at the CENTER OF EXCELLENCE...plus so many extras......it will make all of you forget about the "magic" that happens in the box in no time...

...WHY? Because the "magic" that is created by YOUR EFFORT, our ELITE PROFESSIONALS...
...and the ever-raising bar of achievements at ELITE...

...will in fact happen again....and again....at the CENTER OF EXCELLENCE...

...as a farewell to "the box"...we will be having a bbq and open house on Friday, April 29th...

...DON'T BE SAD IT IS OVER...BE GLAD IT HAPPENED.....and THE FUTURE HOLDS GREAT THINGS!!!

ELITE UPDATE...

Big Weekend for Tom Hall, Bison Linebacker and ELITE's 2009 Athlete of the Year- who goes to the CFL Evaluation Camp...and will be testing his steel against 50 of the top Canadian CFL prospects in North America...."good luck...if there was such a thing...WE KNOW THAT THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH LUCK"

Louis Richardson also heads out to TO for Duane Fords' Evaluation Camp...enjoy it and use your new tools!!

If you are watching the Juno's and see a buff-ballet Dancer and think he looks familiar...he does...Jaime Vargas will grace the National Stage once again...and make you wonder how does he continue to do these outrageous things??? hmmmm, Jaime....What is your secret?

Until next time ELITE NATION.
Onward and upward,
Your pal,
fISH

Hey Fish thanks for having the courage to risk making the change in order for all of us to continue to grow. I know the decision must have been difficult but no doubt will be a positive move. I look forward to many more days of working as hard as I possibly can at the box then at excellence.
