"...Jeff Fisher was the trainer of my grandson years ago.  Being a Winnipeg Blue Bomber fan and  limited by the amount of activity I can do, I have spent many hours on the internet and that led me to the Elite Centers website.  I started following Jeff's blog 18 months ago and have been a subscriber since.  I find it to be informative, entertaining but often felt that it was written more for athletes and go-getters than a retiree like myself.

Just over 4 weeks ago I read Jeff's first blog of the 30 day challenge and decided to make a change in my life.  Though it has not been easy, and it doesn't look like it will let up anytime soon, there has been a dramatic change in my outlook and quality of my day.

Most importantly, my wife of 54 years and I have limited our television significantly and have taken up mall walking every second day.  This common activity has helped us spend quality time together again.  In fact, it has inspired us to take our first winter trip in 9 years.  We will be going to Texas to visit my sister on February 14, where we will stay for 2 weeks and walk outside everyday.
