...as my mother said to me thousands of times..."SLEEP TIGHT"
...you can spend 1/3 of your life in bed...let's say 25 years...AROUND THE CLOCK...
...think about it...that is a HUGE CHUNK of your life...
...we tend to want to make the most of our waking hours...but how about our "shut-eye"?
...if you sleep "well"...the fact is, you need less sleep...
...if you need less sleep...YOU HAVE MORE TIME TO LIVE!!!...
...there is a "game plan" for your waking success...so how about one for the other 1/3 of your life...
Here it is...
- take the TV out of your room...bad sleep habits often start with a TV left on while you sleep...
- replace that TV with a book...get into a pattern of "unwinding" from your day...a nightly "ritual" can help...
- Valerian Root, Chamomile...both great teas to help you sleep...have a cup an hour before bed...better yet...add some l-glutamine and your vitamin C...and kill a few birds with one stone...
- get up early- ditch the "snooze"...get up first alarm...those extra...9-18-27 minutes (one, two or three snoozes) can really add up...
It couldn't be easier....
