...just like you...I try to milk everything out of my day...between ELITE, Training, my family...
...my days often bleed into one another...

...4:00 am alarms come early...
...I understand that each of us during each day, spend the only truly non-renewable resource....OUR TIME...

...I have been wrestling with something important to the future of all of my dearest components in my life...

...yesterday, a person that I couldn't hold in higher regard, volunteered his time to be a sounding board...
...and offer some valuable advice and perspective...

...his sage advice, balance of opinion and fairness astonished me...
...I know he had bigger "fISH" to fry at that time...but for that 1/2 hour....alot of time to any busy person....HE GAVE HIS TIME...

...I knew there was a real concern....the offer to help...was more than just an offer to help...it was to GIVE his time...

...in the day of single serving friendships...Facebook...texting...twitter...all of the diversions that placate our "need" for friendship and HUMAN interaction....I can tell you that nothing could have made more of an impact than those 30 minutes of ideal exchange and feedback...

...Reflecting on this for most of yesterday...through dinner...and late into the night...
...I though it would we only fitting to add that experience into the 30 day Journey that we are on...

....HUMAN OUTREACH...
...drop the FACEBOOK (they aren't real friends anyway...)....invest your time in the one-on-one...
....you will find that not only do your contacts become "real"....so does what they are saying...

You know who you are....and once again, your generosity astonishes me.
