...day 13...basic physics...

....if you see a youngster with his training wheels removed for the first time....
...his slow, wobbly first few blocks...most likely will be riddled with falls and spills...

...if you see Lance Armstrong....sprinting down the last couple of kilometers on Champs Elysees...not much wobble...and probably not a fall....

...here is why...the slower you travel in one plane, the more likely a force from another plane will act upon you...
...the slower you move forward, the more likely you are to spill to the side as a side spill at a slow speed does not require much applied force...
...the faster you move forward, the more force it will take to cause a spill...
...easy....basic physics...

...and a great metaphor for your 30 day journey....
...are you meekly eking along the sidewalk...wobbly and not confidently pedalling away toward your destination...waiting to fall

....or....have you "strapped in" and started pushing with all you have towards your final 30 day goal...

....well, physics dictates which one is most likely to derail....

...dig in we are almost half way there...the momentum is generated....pick up the pace...

....YOU WILL BE LESS LIKELY TO FALL...

Onward and Upward
