...you know them...you see them all over the place at the box, they go by names like Super-Kurt, Melanie (but in pre-competition time she prefers "Moose"), Buddick, Anderson, Umlah...the names go on and on...

...when you look at their efforts and compare their efforts to what they are trying to achieve...
...they are one of the same...
...not much talking...but alot of work...for them, ELITE is a tool to be able to achieve something great...

...Umlah and Buddick both looking to complete Oly-length Triathlons...
...Anderson...well, you would have to see his website to believe it....www.motiv8ed.com...
...Melanie returning 6 months after having a baby to "dial into" National....only 7 months away....
...Super-Kurt...where does it start...death races...any adventure Race that would kill a TEAM of explorers before 1960...he is doing...and dominating

...to give this type of effort...your sequential daily journey up to day 30....MUST BE BULLETPROOF....

...you need a team, have passion...be persistent. have check points, have conquered your fear of success...have the right fuel....AND MOST OF ALL COMMIT FULLY TO YOUR ENDEAVOR...

...what does fully committed look like?....
...well the next time you see Buddick with his "8-mile" hoodie in a pool of sweat riding the bike in the zone on a spinner in "the box"...Anderson doing his treadmill intervals at 9.4 mph at 10% and supersetting it with GBJ's , Melanie squatting twice her body weight ( 330.00!) only to crank out 11 pullups during her rest,  Umlah prepping for a marathon right after climbing Everest...or Super-Kurt...doing pretty much anything...that would make up his daily workout....

...you will have a pretty good sense of what fully committed looks like...

....it is possible for each of you to get there....it won't be easy....
....and it takes understanding who you REALLY ARE...

....ARE YOU A HARDCORE....athlete? employee? companion? business owner? etc....to reach your goals...no matter what it is...you need to push it...BE HARDCORE!
