Ever since becoming a new mom, my life has changed a ton. However some things have remained the same. Everyday I try to eat well and get sleep - all just the basics...but these are the things that determine how successful my day will be. Although my goals are different today than they were when I was training to go on stage, I follow the same basic rules I learned during my years at Elite. Thanks fISH and Elite for giving me this knowledge!!!
