...mo...

...last week my ol' pal MO was on vacation...much deserved might I add...
...our week, if you were down at "the box", you may have noticed was CRAZY...

...circuits, football players returning...presentations, the list goes on...
...though everything went off without a hitch....there was a big part of ELITE that was missing...

...Mo has been back at ELITE for a few days now...and wanted to take the opportunity not only to let BIG-MO know what a HUGE part of "the box" he is....but also for all of you who have a right-hand man and maybe don't let him/her know it enough....LET THEM HAVE IT!!!...tell them what you think of the great job they do...and that they are appreciated.

Thanks for being part of what changed 337 Collegiate from a just a building ...to the center of THE NATION
You my friend are a good man.

Surround yourself by the conditions you want to produce. It is something I say consistently to my clients and it is something I live by.
Big Mo is without question a person who exudes energy and enthusiasm for life that attracts people like a magnet.
He pushes us hard, not with negative feedback or deqmeaning comments. Mo does it with REAL CARE in his heart and an authenticity that is so rare, it is what makes "the box" unique.

If my comment wins, give the protein to Mo.
    He deserves it!

Since I have arrived at elite MO has been an inspiration at "the box" showing me and everyone there the lighter side of training at elite. He has never let me slack off and always pushes me farther than I though I could, and manages to keep a smile on his face and mine while he does it. MO is the ideal trainer and friend.
    Thank You,
    Andrew

Mo - 2 letters that stick. Equally encouraging everyone, equally watching over everyone as he moves around the floor, up or downstairs making each of us feel like we're his favourite. Every workout (whether at the Box or not), I still hear "looking good, way to go pal".

Mo changes my world the minute I walk through the door at Elite.

He greets everyone with a cheery hello and a bright smile. It's in that moment that I forget about whatever may be stressing me out or worrying me on that particular day. It's in that moment, that first greeting as I walk into the little box on Ness, I am reminded that in life, it's all about attitude and how we choose to approach things.

Positive energy is infectious, and Mo has it one hundred times over.

That's how Mo has "changed my world". He's reminds me, every time he's at Elite that staying positive and keeping a smile on your face helps make everything (even the toughest workout at Elite), better.

The thing that come's to mind for me since I've been coming to the "Box" and for as long as I've known Mo,is he alway's has a smile. No matter what's going on or how crazy things may seem, you can always count on seeing Big Mo and that grin. I don't think I've ever seen Mo not in a good mood. And though I may not always find his jokes funny..."Who here can guess how old Sugar is?"....hahaha...I do find his smile infectious.

BIG MO - where to start...

When trying to express feelings of gratitude towards another human being, I often feel lost for words (ie its tough to put thoughts into words). What can be said about Mo - whether you are coming in for 8am workout or an 8pm workout - your always greated with that warm smile, a firm handshake, and a "hello nelson". Now I dont know about you, but itsnt it a great feeling to be acknowledged, and welcomed on a daily basis to the box? aka workout from hell!

Mo over the years, you've provided me with encouragement that even the little guys (no disrespect) can do anything they set there minds to. Appreciated are the random stories along side the bikes, and the general in my face, "stop talking and push out another rep!".

Also would like to take this time to thank everyother member of the Nation - from fish, to leigh, to matty to mel - everyone who is there on a daily basis making there dreams and goals reality.

hard work, great attitude, perseverance - boy its a contagious thing!

Thank you BIG MO and thank you ELITE.
