...Pick something you want...if you are "the box" make it a performance goal...if you are not...make it a LIFE-GOAL....

...now write it down..."put it out there"...this is not a goal to achieve, IT IS THE DIRECTION YOUR LIFE WILL TURN!!!

...put it somewhere that you are aware of it's location...mine is in my wallet...

...overtime I open my wallet...I see the piece of paper folded in the corner..and I am aware of what is on it...

...that awareness is the key...it is a fuel to my actions and more than that....it keeps me faced in that direction...


...don't rush through it...if you haven't had a day or two where you have implemented CHALLENGE PART 1...work through that first...

...if you have...during one of your two 15 minutes of down-time today...think about your CHOSEN direction...write it down and KEEP IT...

...follow CHALLENGE  PART 1...believe in your direction...and you are 1/2 way there...YOU WILL BE AMAZED BY THIS!!!
