...if you have been at the box...you have subliminally digested that phrase probably hundreds of times, as it is tattooed into our jump box on the floor...
...well STRONGER, FASTER is not that hard...it is science...progressive programming, DIET/ NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMMING and rest are key components...and you will find yourself well on your way...
...SMARTER IS ANOTHER THING...it is much harder to establish new training and lifestyle paradigms than changing a body...AS YOU PROBABLY KNOW...it is much more difficult than physical training...but is the key to success in nearly EVERY situation...

...in the world of Professional Dance..BALLET in particular...the traditional training paradigm is an archaic..8-10 hours per day with inadequate rest, hydration or nutritional opportunities and excessive overtraining....that often cuts careers short...= NOT SMART....
...in many sports, or physically demanding art-forms...40 years old is far beyond peak-performance days...especially where only the most fine-tuned of conditioning is accepted...

...RWB'S Jaime Vargas...at 40 years old and dancing the Principal Role of Dracula for one last time...Jaime stunned us all with a performance that would have challenged a Principal 10 years his junior...
...rigorous dieting, training, injury management and discipline allowed Jaime to make it to the final days of his Principal Career at the marinated age of 40...where PERFECTION is the standard in movement, aesthetics and athleticism every aspect of your training has to be "spot-on"...
...over the last 3 years, Jaime has allowed ELITE to be part of his "choice to succeed"...and to say that I have been humbled by his drive and energy is an understatement...and would easily put his physical conditioning to a Stegall-esque category...

Since I can remember I have been looking for answer to improve dance training. I wanted to find out the "secrets" that would guide me in the direction of "success", but it wasn't until I met you and started my training at Elite that I realized there is a knowledge out there which is supported by science that can help you, without a doubt, achieve your goals. I believed in it and so I started. It wasn't an easy task because a dancers day here in Winnipeg runs from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, which left me with a 7:00 am appointment at Elite, 4 days a week. I know discipline, determination and perseverance and it didn't take me long to realize I had found what I was looking for.
I could see the results of every day's effort in my dancing and injury recovery and I really have to thank everybody at Elite for making sure I met my goals so I could stay on the top of my game.But I thank you specially for deciding to share your vision and provide athletes with this tool to help us become better than ourselves.
I am looking forward to being part of the Elite team
