...funny thing about being away on a vacation...not only have I been able to re-charge and do a bunch of good things with my wing-man...

...but also have been inundated with a bunch of soul-bearing e-mails from clients/ friends...

...some really honest-guttural letters have come across the screen out here at the lake...

...some really good things...lots' of Gut-Checks and INVENTORIES...over 20 of these unsolicited letters from athletes who have just recently..."GONE DEEP" searching themselves... 

...and the amazing thing...is these gut checks and inventories were ALL sent from the top ATHLETIC ACHIEVERS at ELITE!!!....

...these folks had believed, achieved and now were looking for more...and through harnessing their intuition went "deep" to discover the next level of themselves...

...many of these letters were tough to write I am sure...but all had the same elements...they had identified a weakness, acknowledged their successes over the last year and had set a new goal (s)...

...not easy to do..nor easy to SHARE...but in every case, these are athletes at the top of their game and understand that what it takes to get to the next level of their life...is CONTROL...THEIR CONTROL...



...Gut checks are never easy...to take off your filter and to be honest with the person that is the most difficult to be honest with is tough for everyone...and if it isn't you are still lying to yourself...

...it is a great tool to get through a road-block or just to fine tune your world...Practice this often...

...Strip yourself down, dispense of your ego, your preconceived notions of yourself....look at the bare-bones on your life...

...it can give you a clear picture of where you are...or where you need to go...maybe both...


...Take the lessons you have learned from pushing yourself at "the box"...and now use that discipline and focus on your own  "gut-check"...as a tool to keep your eyes on the prize....and the next time you are amazed or impressed by one of our athletes achieving the impossible...know that to get to where they are...they too have had to...

...."GO DEEP"....
