...September 11, 2010...was the day that YOU committed to it...A JOURNEY OF SELF-DISCOVERY...

...with 22 people ready to test  their steel in 2011 at one of the MABBA Events...you cannot imagine what the next months are going to bring...

...I would imagine...having completed myself and having created programs for over hundreds of contests...it  would feel a lot like I did just a few months ago when my son was born....so many of you said "there are no words to explain what your journey is going to bring"...you were absolutely correct !!!

...well folks...there are no words to explain where you are about to go...it will be difficult and challenging, fun and frustrating and truly a rediscovery of who you are and where you are going...

...look around yourself...pick a wing-man, a fellow competitor, your spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, sibling...ANYONE...who you can count on for support and some level of extrinsic motivation to make this easier...AND...

...AS ALWAYS...you can count on us to be there to help you in the gym, education seminars, diets, posing, contest prep...etc, etc...but  make NO MISTAKE the REAL ENERGY HAS TO COME FROM INSIDE YOU!...

...It is going to be a great journey, one that many do not come back from...ENJOY IT....it can be life-changing!
