...I am always puzzled when people procrastinate...I don't understand...

...putting away some "magical date" thinking that something "magical" will change and focus renewed, and the road will be paved in gold...

...why the rant? Well, I "bumped" into a former client just a couple of days ago...4 years ago, her goals were to lose weight and get ready for a marathon...well, after a quick and failed attempt to "HANG" with ELITE...she was "released to succeed elsewhere"...I can't sugar coat it more than that...

...she was definitely uncomfortable when I stood behind her in line while she pushed a 2 litre of "turtle" ice cream through the check-out line..."September first"....she stammered, "I am starting back to the gym September first"....

...as always, I wish everyone the best, but left puzzled to why she let 1500+ tomorrows slip through her hands...only to set her sites on this one magic day...

...the ELITE Moral to the story is- " just do it...it will not be easier on the first of the month...nor tomorrow or later today...get it done NOW and you will find that the "time" you create...by not procrastinating adds up quickly...and so does the list of the goals you have accomplished...


...just when we thought is was going to slow down for a week...
