Big week for soccer player RIEL MOAR, who heads out west to be evaluated by the Vancouver Whitecaps (Canada's Premier Soccer Team!)..great job Riel, a lot of hard work, focus and dedication went into your effort and I am glad you are "living the dream"...looking forward to having you back in the box!

Joyce and COCO are in their last week of contest prep for Nationals 2010...with solid routines and tight physiques, they both head off to "the big smoke" (TO) for Nationals this weekend! Best of luck ladies...you won't need it though...
