...it is not just what makes you better..
...it is also WHO...
...you all have people in your life that make you better...
...there are probably also people in your life that do the opposite...
...human behavior is a habit and is contagious...good intentions often breed good actions...and vice versa...
...take some time, sit back and look at who you are spending your time with...are they commiserating and bringing you down with the same old repetitive "junk"...or does knowing them help you leap tall buildings...
...if you are leaping tall buildings...it is thanks to the people around you, who help you be your best...physically, emotionally and spiritually...
...a good friend of mine said "don't forget where you came from"...not in a geographical reference but one of personal reflection...
...treasure these folks who are your emotional backing...as it is their goodness and energy that is contagious...it is their intentions and energy that will create your next good deed...because you are in the spot to do it...
... spread the good...and ditch the rest...and thank those around you who have made you better....just opening up and letting them know, makes YOU better!!!
Until next time ELITE NATION,
Onward and upward,
Your pal,
fISH
A couple of thank you's- Melanie, thanks for...well everything...you are a goddess in every way!
Sam, 7 weeks old and have learned so much about love since you have been around...
Mo, I appreciate your belief in "the NATION"...
To THE NATION - 13000 live and 7000 in the E-NATION....Conceive, believe and achieve...we try to teach you this, because this is what you have taught me....

If I can be so bold as to speak for THE NATION, Thank You fISH. You have touched thousands and made their lives better. So, to those who are "living their dream" and are part of the Nation, this is from you too.
Thank you fISH for your energy, focus, determination, and back-handed love. You have made so many of us "leap buildings".

Enjoyed the blog fiSH, I couldn't agree with you more. Reading it reminded me not only on the importance of myself, but also those around me and what I can do to bring to that.
