...when I look at the odd person who does not understand why their lives are not moving in the way they would like them to...invariably these people are the type that commiserate about their lives...
...here is the truth...when you constantly spew negatives...no one cares about what you say...all we hear is the exact same junk that you spoke about last time...and you become "the boy who cried wolf"....
...the reason why I am mentioning this...is this morning, crack of dawn...people lined up outside of "the box" waiting for it to open at 6:00 on the nose...the crowd rushed in...and nothing but sunshine...not one complaint about the time of day...(6:00 am does come early for some)...all good stuff...
...this is a product of the people you surround yourself with...good people, good energy=good stuff...
...as I bang away on this laptop, I hear cheers and the slapping of high-fives...nothing that can even be misunderstood as negative in any way...the good energy is over the top...and there have already been a few PB's by 6:30 am...
...when we are all searching for that next ELITE performance in life or sport...talk is cheap...negative talk is worthless...
...you working towards that dream is the only thing that will take you there...and here is the secret to making it happen...

Great job on the little boy. You will make a great dad. You were essentially all of ours down at the box for years. A cool-one though. Best of luck to you, Melanie (don't mind me saying- she is smokin'- googled her 2009 Nationals!) and your little feller. Thanks for your energy.
