...last night I had the opportunity to introduce a "new tool" to 20 citizens of 'the nation"...

...the tool offers a way to understand who you are and what you have in your "tool-box" to assist you in your road to greatness...

...the flip-side of it...is it allows you to take stock of who YOU ARE...and also who you are not...(at least at the moment)

..."OWNING YOUR SUCCESS" is a journey...a project that doesn't end it an ELITE PERFORMANCE but really only begins with it...

MABBA contest this weekend...with some outrageously conditioned athletes gracing the stage at this year's MABBA contest, it will be a great show...come out and watch some of Manitoba's best show what they spent their winter months doing!

CFL Football Camp...starts in only 12 days...with ELITE ATHLETES going to BC LION CAMP- MONTREAL ALOUETTE CAMP- EDMONTON ESKIMO CAMP AND WINNIPEG CAMPS...we are looking for a GREY CUP Champion in 2010...good luck fellas.

Beach Volleyball Season right around the corner....ELITE will once again a major sponsor of 'BEACH 4 LIFE" tournament series...offering medical and conditioning to the athletes...watch for the "big yellow ELITE TENT" showing up at an event near you....

SILOAM MISSION...June 11,th...Friday at 11:00 am round two of ELITE NATION volunteering.  We are already full for volunteers, but keep an eye out for many new possibilities in the months to come....by the way...THANKS TO ELITE NATION...we collected 51 pairs of shoes in 2 days (with a couple more pairs to come first thing in the morning) to surpass our goal of 50! Great job folks...it is appreciated!

E3 update...moving quickly, will be making an impact in the "downtown" area soon! Watch for some great instructors, therapists, pilates instructors and athletes making ELITE NATION that much stronger!
