...I just returned from a meeting, called ELITE...Big-Mo answered the phone " hey pal, how's it going"...my answer was "great, but busy today with meetings and creating new programming"...we discussed the morning, the afternoon, and my meetings...we left with our day's game plan...and parted with Mo saying.."don't worry bro, I have it all covered..."

...those words represent something that money can't buy...something that is invaluable...and allows both Mo and I to be the best we can be...

...when Mo speaks, I trust every syllable that comes out of his mouth, not only in words but also the subsequent actions...

...Mo...is one of my wingmen...and I am one of his...at ELITE, we are one of the same...with the same goals, priorities and vision...

...how about you?...

...You better know who he- or she is...and you better be able to count on them, because they are an important key to your success...

...I am lucky enough to have 2 of them...BIG-Mo, who is my "little" brother in ELITE NATION...and in my personal world...the lovely Melanie...

...Without them, I cannot do what I do, I trust them implicitly and RELY on them daily for everything under the sun...

...and they can count on me...I would step infront of a bullet for them...(at the very least)...

...they know my goals, dreams and me inside and out...and I know theirs...we are at "TEAM"...

...the key to your team's success in not only "play your position" but also make sure you do your best so your team member can play and excel at theirs...

..take some time to re-connect with your "wingmen"...whether it is a minute here and there... or it is a new system to reinforce your strengths, these people are your life-line...and YOU are theirs...

...with the right wingman...their success is yours...and yours is theirs...
