...I don't have all of the answers...

...In fact I hardly have any of them...but I do have one... and here it is to the question of "why?"...

...Because I love it...whether it is training, being part of the ELITE team, Project Echo, the Winnipeg Project, Performance Healthware or  Booster Juice  ... being part of something you love can get you out of bed at 3:45 in the morning, it can fuel long days, it can fuel your focus...but most of all it fuels your spirit...

...if you are involved with something something that you truly love the rest comes easy...IF YOU AREN'T DOING SOMETHING YOU LOVE...find it!  Follow your heart...and eventually it follows you...but just like anything you do that is worthwhile, it takes time...so START RIGHT NOW because your life is short!

There was a comment from Johnny on my last blog that stirred up ELITE NATION...a deep heartfelt thanks to the over 200 former clients who took the time to drop a line and express what part ELITE has played, and continues to play in their lives...thank you.

I found this comment a very fitting way to end todays blogging episode...
