What else is happening at the BOX?

Provincial MABBA Contest just 4 weeks away...we will be sure to field a strong group (once again)...unfortunately Super-Heavyweight (robbed last year) as Mr. Manitoba, will not be competing due to a stubborn quad injury and is setting his sights on next year's provincials...

Elite Football Academy- running at capacity with Matt Harper at the helm, as strength coach for the Provincial U-16, U-18 and Bison Football Teams...Harper's Academy has exploded...a special thanks to Obby Khan, Luke Fritz, Fred Perry and Doug Brown for lending their expertise to "the cause"...much appreciated!

Elite is proud to announce a partnership with the St.James Rod's for the 2010 Football Season.  THE ELITE PERFORMANCE
FOOTBALL ACADEMY FIELDHOUSE will be located at the St. James Rod's Field and will also be involved in the Conditioning for the entire Rod's Program!!!

Elite's own...JAIME VARGAS's Swan Song at the Mexican National Ballet this weekend, not only the RWB legend but Mexican icon, Jaime is wrapping up his international professional career this weekend in Mexico City before his last season with the RWB...the good news Jaime will be continuing his love of dance and "insane conditioning" as an ELITE PROFESSIONAL in 2010...enjoy it my friend...great job!

fISH's (actually, Leigh Mollison's and Melanie Dandeneau's) PROJECT ATHENA just wrapped up the spring session at Meadowood this morning...after 6 weeks of crushing personal notions of what was possible the "girls" surprised me with their tenacity and spirit!
...for those of you making the move to the "general population" of the BOX, see you soon, for those jumping into our E-90 program...be careful what you wish for...for those who are taking a break..see you in the fall...it was a ton of fun, your pal,fISH
