...if anyone has helped me grow to identify the power of thought, it has been Melanie...

..up until 2005 when I met Mel, I always thought it was just hard work and focus that made it happen...don't get me wrong...that helps....but the key is you MAKE IT HAPPEN...with your positive thoughts, visualizations and as we say "PUT IT OUT THERE".... by putting it out there you already "own it" (whatever that "it" may be...a thought, goal or behavior)...and sure enough it follows...

...SO, RIGHT NOW...PUT IT "OUT THERE"...MENTALLY, WHAT YOU WANT or WHERE YOU NEED TO BE...IT IS THE FIRST STEP TO YOU REACHING YOUR GOALS...

has started "the ELITE FOOTBALL ACADEMY CAMPS 2010" COMING SOON TO WINNIPEG...look out for it!
The Football Academy has secured a New In-SEASON LOCATION to provide the excellent training that ELITE NATION has come to expect...stay tuned for that announcement in the next week.

Under 20 Provincial Rugby Team about to get started with ELITE once again providing our STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING MODEL...looking forward to big things!
