...at the ELITE after party, I wrote a poem for our competitors, in honor of their journey...
...just checked the email and there were a number of requests asking for a copy of it...

It has been a long time coming...this testing of steel
seeing you up on the stage almost didn't seem real...

The lovely Ms. Moore all bronzed and buff...
...and our good friend Cos proud to be strutting his stuff...

our Italian friend Giuseppe all packed in his suit...
...and our gorgeous Christine never looking so cute...

...she rocked on her posing, that ripped little Maggie...
and Andy's once tight jeans are now slouchy and baggie...

...Rita was a challenge right from the start...
and proved to us all that it comes from the heart...

Challenges come and challenges go,
...but there is one thing that I have come to know,

Our seven good friends that showed us tonight,
that though ALL of OUR journeys possess darkness and fright,

with the help of good friends and trust in each other...
what you learned from this challenge will help you in others...

...It started in the box 12 years ago...
...and tonight I will tell you something that I now truly know,
