...after weeks of training, dieting and getting ready for MABBA's Novice competition...ELITE went out and showed great!
...with the night only handing out 2 BEST POSER awards...BOTH handily went to ELITE'S OWN...MAGGIE MACDONALD AND GIUS DE RUGGIERO...Who, also walked away with a first in Women's Light Weight Bodybuilding and a second in Men's Classic Bodybuidling...
...Rita Ghosh, who started this journey "just to try it", evolved into a contender placing top-5 in a tough Master's class...with 9 more weeks to improve her look, she has her eyes set on provincials...
...Christine Peters...showed her best in med-tall, though not walking away with the hard-ware...did a phenomenal job of focusing and pushing her boundaries...
...the lovely Ms. Moore...a story on her own...limping into ELITE 16 months ago, for ACL reconstruction rehab...found the tough re-hab not quite enough of a challenge for her and after getting back on her feet, dove into her prep head first and placed 2nd in med-tall...GREAT JOB...and enjoy your vacation!
...Chris "Jackson Springs" Garrick...once a champion always a champion...won Masters with us 7 years ago and came back BETTER THAN EVER with a 1st place at GRAND MASTERS...GREAT JOB MY FRIEND...you made many people very proud to have been part of your journey...
....Andy Wahl...placed top 5 in BOTH of his divisions...and amazingly, as did all of our competitors...did it NATURALLY...almost unheard of in this day and age...GREAT JOB Andy...
With 9 weeks to PROVINCIALS...and a GREAT GROUP OF ATHLETES READY TO DO THIS...get ready..as we are shooting for our 8th and 9th MS. MANITOBA'S TO COME OUT OF ELITE....

Great show last night! I know you are too nice of a guy to say it buy "the italian stallion" and Janice Moore were robbed both were clearly first. Do you think MABBA will ever "grow up" and just realize that no one else can put your quality on the stage? The only way to keep your greasy hands off the gold is to by TERRIBLE JUDGING. Sorry, fISH, I know that is not very Elite of me, but it was brewing inside since the show. Looking forward to the Nation beating up the competition at Provincials. Great job ELITE. I am not a client yet, but have been following your blog because you trained my boyfriend for Basketball a couple years ago. I will do Novice next year, and WILL do it with the best. ELITE. I can't wait.
