...IT CAN BE FIRST PLACE or BEING THE BEST YOU HAVE EVER BEEN...
...IT CAN BE DISCOVERING A NEW LEVEL OF COMMITMENT THAT CREATED A JOURNEY OF SELF DISCOVERY...
Whatever your reason for that ONE DAY IS...take a minute to reflect on all the days that lead up to YOUR DAY...and you will find there have been many victories along the way...
That being said...we have a few of our athletes testing their steel this weekend at the MABBA Novice Show.

fISH, long time no see. Obviously a big weekend for the Nation, this weekend. I was chatting with a friend at the gym and we were going over how many Miss Manitoba's you have trained. I think I have it: Denise Johnson, Tammy Harder, Melanie Dandenau, Tanya Nawalski- in bodybuilding one year and figure the next? Lee Mollison. Did Janice win overall? How about Deborah Woods (i thought she won overall once>) oh, well. I guess that is just a very long way to say, YOU ARE THE BEST. I would even say,THE PERSON-GYM that revolutionized fitness and figure in Manitoba. From all of us (on-line) thanks for the strength fIsh. We love you. Denise
