The Manitoba Athlete of the Year Dinner took place on Sunday at the Delta Hotel...with 2 of our athletes: Tom Hall- Bison Football and Andrew Harris (newly signed BC Lion)...both were finalist for the honor and we couldn't have been more proud to be there in attendance with them...great job fellas...I am sure it is not the last time you will be there!
Our good friend, Cross-Canada runner-biker Ryan Anderson is in the midst of a race in the Canadian Arctic...hundreds of km's over the frozen ground, purely self-propelled...don't want to jinx it, so will elaborate more once he crosses the finish line!
Elite Football Academy had a big weekend at the High-lander for our 2nd Football Skills Training Component, two more to come in the next month- Feb 13 and Mar 6- at 6:00am.
....and what everyone has been waiting for: HELL-WEEK: Elite's own brand of fun in it's 10th year!!! Here is a tip to help you "survive"...don't eat much prior to walking into "the box".
