Give energy and get it... as you know...ELITE=madhouse.  To maintain this takes a lot of energy on behalf of all of the Elite Professionals including me...there are some of those days with a 6 hour turn around where being human catches up to us...

This morning, I turned on the computer to 89 satellite (non-Winnipeg based) feedback reports from athletes all over ELITE Nation...Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Kingston, Toronto, vacationers in the US, Mexico, Hawaii, Europe...to the sweet sounds of victories, HUGE improvements and unwavering focus...THERE IS NO STOPPING ELITE NATION!!!

...JUST FUEL TO THE FIRE...
...these tales of success and improvement is what helps to give us the energy to create the magic of the "box"...

I would like to throw out there a huge congrats to a good friend, member of ELITE nation, Martial Artist...Danny Williamson.  Believe and you will achieve....(to quote sports psych guru Dr. Botterill)...great job my friend...keep your eyes on the prize...and it is yours.
