....I am sorry, but if you have gone all year not having the motivation to take control of your body and think the "magical date" of January 1st will change something....let me give you some advice...don't call me
At the "crack of dawn" 5:15 as I was checking my emails....once again the flood of New Year's resolution training requests have rolled in...not that I don't want to help you...it is just that there are many other places better suited to your needs...please look in the yellow pages under "personal trainers"...if you can stick with it until this time next year...I will be waiting you! Best of luck with your fitness goals.

No kidding that ELITE is not a "resolution gym". In fact, it is not even a gym, it is a way of life. I haven't had the good fortune of training at ELITE for nearly 2 years and still miss that sweat shack every time I walk through the doors of my new gymm.
