After being sucker-punched by an injury...got to test my own steel over the last 11 days...not in a way that I chose, but never the less, it was tested...

I have had the opportunity to dig into the "tool-box", physically, emotionally and mentally and put together a game plan...to get me back to ELITE NATION...

really, ELITE NATION came to me...with your calls, emails, gifts and best wishes...I realized that so many of the "tools" that I have been using over the past week and a bit, have stayed much sharper because of ELITE NATION...

...ELITE has been a powerful tool in this journey...not just the training and rehab that have occupied many of my hours lately, but the camaraderie and energy that spreads beyond the walls of the "little-box" on Ness..

...let's keep moving... you guessed it...ONWARD AND UPWARD...

Johnny Froggatt was named to the U-17 National Rugby Team.. new goals... new vision! Great job, fISH

Thomas Hall...aka 2000 (after a 2000 SAT score!) you probably know him from "I hate TOM HALL" fame...
not long after being named Canada West Defensive Player of the Week , Tom has also been named as Canada West's nominee for the prestigious Russ Jackson Award, presented to CIS Outstanding Student Athlete.  Not only did Tom lead the Bison's with 38.5 tackles this year but has been performing as well off the grid-iron... as a key player in the creation of a CancerCare awareness program "the challenge for life" has raised over $ 2 000 000.00 in the last 2 years alone...Bison's against Bullies...Reading and Running program...these are just a few of the great things that occupied Tom's time off the field...we are all wishing you the best...and a thank you for "stepping up"...with the greatest of respect and admiration...fISH and the rest of ELITE NATION!
