...all clichés, true...but some of the truest words I have ever heard...

As I am getting Thursday prepared for the 120+ Elite clients I will have the privileged of working with tomorrow, I see each of these people as someone who believes as much as I do, in the clichés above...

...adventurers, runners, football players, hockey players, ballet dancers, SWAT team members, doctors, soccer players, bodybuilders, figure and fitness competitors and the list goes on...all of these people possess an energy, an energy fueled by their goals, their environment and their commitment to EXCELLENCE....

This energy is a "virus" a great "virus", passed from one infected person to another...through repetitive exposure to it...some seem to be immune... the slothful, the pessimistic... but don't let that negativity fool you...they want to be just like YOU...positive, full of energy, with nothing but kind words to say about your fellow human... for some it takes longer than others to "catch" the virus...

Once the "virus" has found a host, it only takes a little effort to keep it healthy and strong, it grows stronger with repeated exposure to others with the "virus"...and I have found with over 1000 hits on this little blog in the last 24 hours....IT CANNOT BE STOPPED....

....SPREAD YOUR VIRUS...be true to your efforts and to your goals...and see how quickly it becomes a PANDEMIC!
