I was walking through my favorite bookstore yesterday and picked up a book for a quick perusal...TITLED...WORDS TO LIVE BY ...or something close to it...

on the blank centerfold of this book, there were only 6 words printed ...DON'T TALK ABOUT IT, DO IT...

What a great piece of advice... when I look at some of the most influential people in my lives...my grandfather Sam and my own father, both were/ are doers...retrospect there was almost nothing I appreciated more than knowing I could count on these guys...there was NO TALK  ABOUT IT, JUST ACTIONS...

...it a world where talk is cheap...BE STRONG, BE TRUE TO YOUR WORD...AND DO IT !

...Doug Brown...once again nominated for Most Outstanding Canadian and Most Outstanding Defensive Player in the CFL...6 years of Nominations and 6 years at ELITE...hhhhmmmmmm? Congrats big fella, from all of us at ELITE!

...and on the MO-vember count...the count is at our max of 30 Elite Clients who have chosen charity instead of personal appearance for the month of Mo-vember...and are growing mustaches in support of Prostate Cancer Treatment and Research...great job fellas!
