...it is a lifestyle...

it is not something that you make time to do...it is something that you cannot live without...it is part of your day, your fabric, and it lays a foundation for who you are...

Mind-Body-Soul...often a "connection" to your physical self makes everything easier to balance...whether you play a sport for a living or are getting ready for the New York marathon in just a couple of short months (hey John, see you soon!), that commitment to greatness starts with "owning" your body.

It is the "connection" to yourself that allows the focus to create the time succeed...do you often notice the busier you are the easier it is to get a lot accomplished...and the less that is on your plate the easier it is to slack off...

...but it doesn't happen in a day, a week or even a month....it is the "gravitation pull" created by your energy that allows everything to fall into place around you ... and you will be amazed with the results if you just stick to it...

Here is the framework-
1- Try to react positively to "hurdles"...dissect them, see that they are most often created by your behavior and correct the behavior
2- Speak kindly about others...and if you can't say anything nice...
3- Give others your energy...help create an positive environment wherever you are...
4- Listen to your body...REALLY listen, not to your head (...let's stop for a snack or ditch the training session)...but you know how good it feels after a tough workout and a couple great days of nutrition....listen to that!
5- Lots of water!!!....simple, helps the body do what it needs to do...and you know our choice...JACKSON SPRINGS

...NOW, don't be lazy...no excuses...it is your life and you can have whatever you want to have...so do it!

Until next time ELITE NATION!
Onward and upward.
