A busy week for ELITE, great things happening to great people...

Let's start with the SWAMP DONKEY- MANITOBA'S OWN ADVENTURE RACE

72 teams entered- with 50 mixed teams...

Elite's own Scotty Palmer and his team won the Swamp Donkey this weekend...no easy feat !

...and if that wasn't enough of ELITE at the race...

Dawn Richardson and Dan Wolfram, won first in the mixed division (out of 50 teams!!!) and Dawn was the only female who completed the advanced course!!!

...from the wilderness into the city...

Two of our athletes tested their steel this weekend at the 10km Provincial Race...and ELITE came out with 2 third places!!!

...John Craig, one of ELITE's new comers (just 13 weeks into his ELITE career)-  took almost 1 1/2 minutes off of his last 10 km time...with just shy of two weeks to go before the Chicago Marathon, things are looking great for a great race in the windy city!

...el Diablo, aka the lovely Melissa Armstrong had a strong 3rd place female overall finishing!...great job sunshine!  You are truly an "ELITE" athlete...with more great things to come...

Hockey phenom Brendan O'donnell, is one of 10 Manitobans to be invited to team Canada's, Canada West tryouts in Okotoks, Alberta for the world Junior A tournament in November...great job Brendan!

Obby Khan and Doug Brown of the Bombers will tangle with Kyle Koch, Graeme Bell and Justin Cooper of the Eskimos this weekend...it's going to be a great one, with 5 ELITE clients in this tilt it will be a brawl in the trenches...

ELITE UPDATE-

Elite is proud to announce that we will be the Official Strength and Conditioning provider for FOOTBALL MANITOBA for the 2010, 2011 and 2012 Provincial Seasons...Matt Harper, ELITE'S FOOTBALL ACADEMY DIRECTOR, will be hand's on with the Provincial Teams.

Elite has also been selected as the Official Strength and Conditioning provider for Manitoba Rugby's Regional High Performance Academy...on board for the next 4 years, ELITE will bring our best to the program...and looking forward to it!!!

ELITE NUTRITION 1 AND 2 SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 7TH ARE FULL...WILL BE OFFERED AGAIN IN NOVEMBER!
ELITE PHYSIOLOGY SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 14 IS FULL AS WELL...WILL BE OFFERED AGAIN IN DECEMBER!
