It is something when a local athlete competes at any level...city, provinicial or national level.  The commitment that it takes to succeed is truly an accomplishment in its own right...but when an athlete tests his/her steel at a WORLD level it is often a once in a lifetime event...

Well over the weekend, not only did we have one athlete with ELITE training backing them up...there were TWO!!

...and if just being there wasn't enough...this is what happened!

ERIC DUNTON- at just shy of an anatomical text drawing, at under 4.00% body fat- competed at the WORLD FIREFIGHTER AND POLICE GAMES in California...and was given the BRONZE medal.  With over 10 000 athletes competing in a variety of sports from all over the world, the competition was tough...oh, and by the way...he is a NATURAL BODYBUILDER.  Great job my friend, once again you did it with heart and true grit.

RAFFIE ROSENBERG- just returned from the WORLD DANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS IN GERMANY...the competition, once again tough...Raffie, came back home (and to ELITE) with 3 Gold Medals and 1 Bronze in Ballet and Jazz....good job sunshine, there are not many other dancers who are training at 7:00 am in mid February for a July contest...

....now that it's over, let's put those medals on the shelf and go get us some more!!!
